XR TUFXR Tuf is a unique solution for those seeking enhanced rigidity and impact resistance properties compared to XR Sheet.
Made with a unique blend of polypropylene and wood flour, XR Tuf is highly moldable and perfect for producing a wide range of interior parts including package shelves, door panels, load floors, seatbacks, trunk liners, side panels, and more.
XR Tuf provides light-weighting opportunities for molded interior components. Its increased strength and rigidity over XR Sheet can translate into 10-20% thinner-gauge parts that reduce part weight and improve fuel economy. XR Tuf delivers 25% higher flexural strength and 27% higher AMD stiffness than XR Sheet. This new balance of rigidity and strength is extending boundaries into challenging new applications.

GF StockGF Stock is a glass fiber – polypropylene thermoplastic composite sheet. It is a moldable substrate for interior and exterior applications. The glass fiber is completely embedded with the substrate, providing a safe to handle material. The material is well balanced for high mechanical properties, in a thin sheet for weight considerations, with the ability to be recycled (buy-back program). GF Stock has great utility in considering weight and mechanical performance needs. |

CoreStock®XR Sheet, XR Tuf, and GF Stock can adhere to a variety of cores, including honeycomb cores, corrugated cores, foam cores, and more. This is possible by our ability to directly extrude special adhesive films and/or fleece on both sides of the substrate. This moldable construction, known as CoreStock, is ideal for load floors and other applications requiring greater structural integrity and rigidity while providing a light-weight solution. |
